We pick up passengers at an agreed address in Germany and take them directly to Kaliningrad without changing vehicles. Depending on the destination and route, we operate regular departures from different regions of Germany.

Our Germany–Kaliningrad service is designed for passengers travelling from different parts of Germany to Kaliningrad and in the opposite direction.

Depending on the route, we can arrange:

Door-to-Door Service

The main advantage of our Germany service is the possibility of pickup and drop-off at an agreed address.

You do not need to travel to a bus station in another city when door-to-door service is available for your route.

When requesting a transfer, send us your postcode and address in Germany. We will confirm the pickup location, travel date and price.

Direct Journey

Your journey is made without changing vehicles.

You remain in the same minibus throughout the route, including the journey between Germany and Kaliningrad. Our vehicles accommodate up to 8 passengers, depending on the route. For long-distance routes beyond Berlin, journeys are operated with two drivers.

Travel Time

Travel time depends on the departure city, road conditions, traffic and the Russia–EU border situation. Longer routes from Germany are planned according to the pickup addresses of the passengers travelling on that departure. Because border waiting times can vary, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time in advance.

Border Crossing

The journey between Germany and Kaliningrad includes a Russia–EU border crossing via Poland. Border waiting times depend on the current situation at the border and may change during the journey. We take the expected border conditions into account when planning the route, but the exact border-crossing time cannot be guaranteed.

Prices

These tariffs are based on the current Transfer39 price list updated 11 August 2026.

For other cities, the price is calculated according to the distance and pickup address.

Luggage

The standard fare includes:

1 piece of luggage up to 30 kg

1 piece of hand luggage up to 5 kg

Additional luggage can be arranged in advance. Please provide the details when booking.

Children

Children can travel on the Germany–Kaliningrad route. A child seat or booster can be provided on request. Please specify the child’s age and requirements when booking.

Pets

Pets can be transported by prior arrangement. Please provide information about the pet and its carrier when making your booking.

Khrabrovo Airport

Passengers arriving in Kaliningrad can be taken to Khrabrovo Airport as part of the applicable Germany–Kaliningrad service without an additional transfer to another vehicle. The airport drop-off should be specified when booking.
